Salary.com Wins Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Innovation 2026

WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Salary.com announced today that it is a 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner in three categories: Professional Development, Work-Life Flexibility, and Innovation. The awards are issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces program has a 19-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.

Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. Winners are determined by confidential employee feedback gathered through the Energage Workplace Survey, which measures 15 culture drivers that research has shown to be predictive of organizational performance. Results are benchmarked against the Energage national database of employer responses.

"What makes these three awards meaningful is that our employees decided them,” said Amy Dwyer, Chief Human Resources Officer at Salary.com. “Labor Day weekend is when a lot of people step back and take stock of what they get in return for their work. We’re honored our employees celebrate where we are getting that balance right, and where to keep pushing."

Salary.com is proud to receive 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards in:

Professional Development
This award celebrates organizations that invest in the growth of their people and give employees a clear path to build new skills and advance their careers.

Work-Life Flexibility
This award celebrates organizations that support employees in their lives outside of work and give people the flexibility to manage both.

Innovation
This award celebrates organizations who have embedded innovation into their culture and create an environment where new ideas come from all employees.

“While we advocate that pay is the foundation of work, a foundation is something you build upon by ensuring people feel they can grow, take time away, or speak up with a new idea,” shared Dwyer. “It’s the complete package that helps build a strong and sustainable business.” Details about how Salary.com builds a great workplace culture are available on Top Workplaces.
