ibex’s new Cairo service delivery center, located in the City Stars complex at Ali Rashed St., Nasr City, Cairo, will feature multiple training rooms and modern support areas, including a cafeteria, prayer room, data rooms, and administrative suite. The new facility will begin operations in October, with plans to scale to 1,000 in the first nine months, along with significant capital investment. Hiring is already underway for customer service representatives, front-line managers, team leaders, quality analysts, and support staff.
